How long are sessions?

Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes.  Longer sessions are possible and this option can be discussed with therapist.  Group sessions are 1 hour 30 minutes.

How much do sessions cost?

Stephanie's individual sessions are $220/session and group sessions are $75/session.  If you're interested in seeing an associate, fees range from $30-200.  Sliding scale options are available from associates, please reach out for more information.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance in my private practice, so I would be what's known as an 'out of network provider.'  I can provide you a super bill, or coded receipt, that can be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement.  I cannot guarantee reimbursement as that is set by the insurance and policy and would recommend contacting your insurance to find out more.

Do you offer consultations?

Do you comply with the Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
