I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT121876). I offer therapy services in both English and Spanish.
There are moments in life that make us feel “stuck” and you may find yourself ruminating about things that are out of your control. Perhaps, you feel like your usual ways of coping are no longer helping you feel stable. Whatever the case may be, you are hoping to find some direction, guidance, and healing.
You don't have to face life's difficulties on your own. As your therapist, I tailor treatment to fit your individual needs and meet each client where they are in the current moment with curiosity, compassion, and attunement. Therapy is a path to self-discovery and a resource that supports growth and well-being. As your therapist, I would like to exist as a resource for developing new insights and tools that facilitate your capacity to experience greater fulfillment, authentic self-expression, and healthy connections.
My Specialties
My goal as your therapist is to create a safe, positive, and collaborative environment that fosters exploration, promotes healing, and encourages change. Your story deserves to be listened to with sympathy, acceptance, non-judgement, and respect. I have helped families, couples, children/teens, and individuals overcome obstacles that keep them from moving forward. I also work with individuals who are having relationship issues, going through a breakup, having difficulties in sustaining a relationship, struggling with loneliness and self-confidence.
